Looking for kindergarten or first grade Halloween party activities? Students will love spending the day in a haunted house in this engaging, hands-on unit. In this resource, your students will have the opportunity to visit 8 different rooms of a haunted house while they practice math and literacy skills. Includes games, crafts, and more.
These activities can be done individually or set up as stations that students can visit around the classroom. Why not transform your room into a haunted house for the day? Add some spider webs, spooky music and your students will love traveling around and trying all the math and literacy activities.

Included in this resource:
- Station 1 – Visit the Spooky Basement and write a spooky sentence.
- Station 2 – Visit the Haunted Library and be a monster detective as you work to solve the monster mystery message!
- Station 3 – Visit the Laboratory and make a monster out of shapes.
- Station 4 – Visit the Haunted Kitchen and make some Sight Word Stew!
- Station 5 – Visit the Witches Lair where you will sort and graph the creepy ingredients in the witch's brew.
- Station 6 – Visit the Operating Room and build a skeleton in this roll and add game.
- Station 7 – Visit the Spooky Attic and measure some monsters!
- Station 8 – Visit the Graveyard where students will play an addition game to help the ghosts get back to the haunted house.

PLEASE NOTE – Additional Items will be needed for the sorting/graphing activity including candy corn, mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, cereal, and Bugles corn chips.
